Why no per-seat pricing?
Built for an agentic world
When AI agents query data alongside humans, per-seat pricing doesn't make sense. Every user — person or agent — is treated the same.
Predictable costs
You pay for compute, not headcount. Add your whole team without worrying about escalating licence fees. Scale users without scaling costs.
Fair & transparent
No tiers, no feature gates, no surprises. Every Drizby instance — self-hosted or cloud — gets every feature. The only variable is runtime.
FAQ
What counts as a "minute"?
One minute of a Drizby Cloud instance running. If you have two instances running for 30 minutes each, that's 60 minutes total.
Is the self-hosted version really free?
Yes. Drizby is MIT licensed open-source software. You can run it on your own infrastructure with no limits, no licence fees, and no restrictions.
Can I try Drizby Cloud before paying?
Yes. You get 24 hours of free runtime to explore. We collect a payment method up front but nothing is charged until you exceed the free tier. You'll receive alerts as your free minutes run low, so there are no surprises.
Why do you need a card up front?
Drizby Cloud provisions real compute resources for each instance. Collecting a payment method up front prevents abuse and ensures resources are available for genuine users. You won't be charged anything until your free tier is exhausted.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our payment processor, Stripe.
What's the refund policy?
All new subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us for a full refund.
Do you store any of my data?
No. Drizby connects directly to your databases and queries pass through the server in real time. We never copy, cache, or store your data. Your databases stay exactly where they are.
Where does Drizby Cloud run?
Drizby Cloud runs on UpCloud infrastructure in the EU (Finland). Self-hosted data stays entirely on your infrastructure.
